SOUR CHERRY MOUSSE

Ingredients
150 grams frozen cherries
2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
200 ml double cream
100 grams sour cream


Preparation
Put the pitted cherries and sugar into a blender and blend it well, until smooth. Beat the double cream until stiff peaks form, and fold it in the cherry mixture. Put it in the fridge for about 45 minutes, then take it out, and fold in the sour cream. Divide into 2 portions and serve.
