180 grams flour
100 grams powdered sugar
80 grams butter
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon pureed strawberries
1 teaspoon baking powder
Sift the flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder twice and set aside. Beat the butter until fluffy, add milk and strawberry puree, blend, and in few additions, add the flour mix. Continue beating until you get a very thick batter that doesn't stick to your hands.
Set it aside for about 5 minutes, then form little balls (about half a tablespoon per cookie) and place them on a cookie sheet lined with baking paper (you will get about 20-22 cookies). Bake, in a preheated oven, at 180˚C, for 8-10 minutes, but check them after 8 minutes (they will be soft), because they are small and can burn easily. Leave them to cool completely, then serve with milk.
