YOGHURT CHERRY ICE CREAM

Ingredients
500 ml double cream
350 grams full-fat yoghurt
300 grams sour cherries
1 teaspoon vanilla


Preparation
First clean and pit the cherries (if using fresh), the puree them completely in a blender. Whip half of the cream, with the vanilla, until soft peaks form, and mix the rest of it with the yoghurt. Fold the whipped cream into the yoghurt mixture, tip in the cherries and mix to combine, chill well, then freeze in your ice cream machine. Freeze completely and serve with a topping of your choice.
