300 grams flour
200 grams Nutella
120 grams butter
100 grams sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons baking powder
100 grams milk chocolate chips
50 grams roasted hazelnuts
Melt the butter (over low heat on in the microwave), tip in the sugar and beat with an electric mixer until the batter is thickened and the butter has cooled; then add Nutella and the egg and combine well. Sift the flour with the baking powder and fold it in the Nutella mixture. In the end, add chocolate pieces (or chocolate morsels) and roughly crushed hazelnuts. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the batter and form cookies. Arrange them on a cookie sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven, at 180˚C, for about 10-12 minutes. Yields 30 cookies.
