400 grams chicken breasts (skinless and boneless)
200 ml plain yoghurt
5-6 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
pinch of salt
Preparation
Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces; cover it with yoghurt and spices, along with the minced or crushed garlic. Mix well, until every piece is completely coated, cover with plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
When you're ready to bake, take the meat out of the refrigerator, mix thoroughly once again, and let it set for 10-15 minutes at room temperature, while the oven is preheating. Arrange the meat pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (or greased with olive oil) with as little marinade as possible, and bake in a preheated oven, at 180˚C (350˚F), for 30 minutes. Serve immediately, with a salad of your choice.
